Hi Cindy. Thank you for leaving your review. We are so sorry to hear that your item was not as expected. The container the item was in holds the same amount as the container in the picture. The only difference is one is shorter but wider, while the other is taller but skinnier. Unfortunately, your item was scheduled to be delivered by UPS within 2-3 days of shipping, but there appears to have been a delay and the item took seven days to arrive. Body butter expands when whipped, and it is a completely different density when melted. Due to the weather and shipping delays, the results were unfortunate. I have attached the pictures of what the jar looks like prior to shipping, and we fill our containers to the top. We have issued a full refund to the payment method you used to purchase your item. Please allow 3-5 business for your payment provider to process this request.
