All orders placed directly on our website from locations in Georia will be charged applicable sales tax on the order, as well as taxes on shipping and handling. All orders placed outside of our website on other sales platforms may be assessed applicable sales taxes, according to that platforms rules.
Many orders ship within 24 hours, but please allow 2-5 business days estimated processing time after order is placed. Once shipped, most orders will arrive within 3-4 business days. Please refer to our estimated processing times for more information. Shipping time will vary depending on your location.
We are sorry that in some cases it may take us a little longer than expected to ship your order. We want to be certain that your order arrives to you in perfect condition without any melting. We are located in Georgia where we see summer temperatures over 100°. To fix this issue, each summer we implement "melt-zone shipping". This means that if you live in any of the states listed below, we will only ship your order on Mondays to Wednesdays. This is the best way for us to be certain that your products do not sit on a shipping carriers truck over the weekend. This is when the melting happens. Once again, we apologize for this and look forward to delivering your order in the best condition possible.

If you received a confirmation email that your order has shipped but you have not received the order in the maximum allotted time for the shipping method chosen, first contact your local USPS and if package is deemed missing Contact Us to arrange a replacement.
If there are known shipping delays, 15-20 business days must elapse before we are able to process a replacement for a “lost” order. 15-20 business days must elapse before the order will be considered “lost", due to shipping carrier delays. “Lost” order remakes or refunds, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
